For Fiona, co-founder of Sidekick Soda, this collaboration is deeply personal. After losing her mother, Irene, to cancer following a long journey with breast cancer, supporting the cause became something close to her heart. Earlier this year, Fiona joined hundreds of hikers at Hike for a Cure, taking on the demanding Double Summit challenge across Breast Peak and Breast Hill in support of breast cancer research. Now, with the launch of Sidekick Soda's new Watermelon flavor, that support continues — helping fund meaningful research for mums, daughters, sisters, partners, and friends across home home.
For every 12-pack of Watermelon sold in home, Sidekick donates NZ$10 directly to Breast Cancer Cure, a registered home charity funding breast cancer research.
